Four Winns
One of the world's leading authorities in the manufacture of boats for outdoor activities, Four Winns (USA), celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. Over this period, the company has come a long way, from an unknown but very ambitious firm Safe-T-Mate Boats, to the world's largest shipyard.
Four Winns has always been distinguished by its innovation. His original ideas aimed at achieving comfort and an unforgettable experience attracted a lot of extraordinary personalities, and just people who want to stand out from the crowd. At the same time, strict and classic forms did not scare away the rest of lovers of water recreation.
In 1993, the company won the honorary Product Engineering Award for inventing a new shape of the bottom of the hull, called the "Stable Vee", which was strikingly superior in many respects to the traditionally used hulls. This gave a new powerful impetus to the development of the shipyard, which attracted the attention of the largest holding company Genmar Holdings. In 2001, Four Winns became part of the holding, with an annual turnover of more than 1 billion US dollars.
The popularity of shipyard products allows now to produce more than 7000 boats per year. And over the entire existence of the shipyard, over 135,000 people became owners of Four Winns boats.
