The history of Anytec dates back to the 1960s, when a small shipyard opened in the city of Osthammar, in the suburbs of Stockholm (Sweden). Anytec started out as a builder of aluminum boats and has remained true to the “winged metal” all these years, managing to grow to become the main manufacturer of aluminum boats in Sweden. The main rise of Anytec happened in the 90s, and the crisis period occurred at the beginning of the 2000s.

Anytec remains based in Sweden and has two production sites. The first is located in Öregrund (150 km from Stockholm). The largest models are built here. The second, where smaller boats are born, is located in Riga (Latvia), where production opened relatively recently - in 2004. The technological processes in both are absolutely identical. In total, they produce an average of 200 cases per year. Anytec says that not all aluminum is created equal. Therefore, a special alloy is used here, which guarantees maximum strength of the boats. In addition, the cases of all its models are treated with a special patented nanocomposition M400. This allows you to provide protection against corrosion for decades, regardless of the operating conditions of the boats. Anytec also does not use bolts at all. Instead, it uses welding to attach the body parts to each other. All Anytec boats are assembled by hand from start to finish to maintain consistently high quality.

As of 2021, there are 10 models in the Anytec line. These include fishing boats, cabin boats, outboard boats and off-road boats. The largest and most powerful is 1221 SPD (11.7 m, 1600 hp). The most compact and low-power ones are A21, 622 SPD Classic and 622 SP Classic (6.76 m, 200 hp).
